At Stitch It Quick LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality custom embroidery, heat set, silk screen printing, and direct-to-film (DTF) services on a variety of apparel. Whether you purchase apparel from us or bring in your own garments for customization, we strive to deliver excellent results with precision and care.


1. Customer-Supplied Apparel

We welcome customers to provide their own apparel for customization. However, before processing your order, we will review the materials to ensure they are suitable for embroidery, printing, or other customizations.

Important Considerations for Customer-Supplied Apparel:

  • We cannot guarantee the outcome on customer-provided apparel, as different fabrics react differently to our printing and embroidery processes.
  • We are not responsible for damage that may occur during the customization process. While we handle all apparel with the utmost care, certain materials may not be ideal for embroidery or printing.
  • Once an item has been customized, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on customized garments.

2. Pricing for Customization

Our pricing is based on the type of customization requested. The following rates apply to custom designs added to apparel:

💡 Additional Charges: In some cases, additional costs may apply based on the complexity of the design, special requests, or the condition of the apparel. If any additional charges apply, we will review the order and contact you by phone to confirm the details before proceeding.


3. Order Approval Process

Before finalizing a custom order, we take the following steps:
Review the Design & Apparel – We assess whether the apparel material is suitable for the requested customization.
Confirm Additional Charges (If Necessary) – If any additional fees apply, we will call the customer to discuss details before moving forward.
Approval Required – We require customer approval before beginning the customization process.


4. Turnaround Time & Production

Production times vary depending on the complexity of the design and the quantity ordered. We provide estimated turnaround times when placing an order. If you have a rush order, please contact us directly to discuss expedited options (rush fees may apply).


5. Returns & Refunds

🚫 All sales on customized apparel are final. Due to the custom nature of our services, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an item has been customized.
🚫 If an order has been approved and completed, we cannot modify or change the design afterward.
✅ If we make an error in customization, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional charge.
